1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are applicable only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

2. Proof Required

To raise a claim, you must provide:

  • Mandatory parcel opening video

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Shipping label images

Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

3. Time Limit

All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Minor color or size variations

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

5. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped free of cost, or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
